By creating an account, entering a chat room, or otherwise accessing or using EchoRoom (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

EchoRoom is a real-time communication platform provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

EchoRoom utilizes Google Authentication for user access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.
• You agree to provide accurate information when prompted by Google Sign-In.
• You are solely responsible for interactions with other users within chat rooms.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our safety policies.

You explicitly agree NOT to use EchoRoom to:

EchoRoom does not claim ownership of the messages, files, or media you post. However, by posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit this content as necessary to provide the service to you and your chat room participants.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you share and that it does not violate any third-party copyrights or privacy rights.

"THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND."

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. EchoRoom is not liable for any data loss, message corruption, or unauthorized access to your communication resulting from technical failures or third-party actions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to EchoRoom immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
